Ceramic vessel with a handle that extends above the bowl. The edges are cut out in a geometric pattern. Colored off white and dark reddish brown.

Josephine Nahohai is Zuni, born into the Eagle Clan. She is known for her traditional style of polychrome pottery including ollas, jars, bowls, frog pots, and jewelry. Her motifs often include owls, frogs, kiva steps, rain clouds and zigzag flowing water.
