Using multiple layers of different media types, textures, shapes, and colors, his artwork evokes spirit and flow. Sorman's artwork can be found in many museum collections around the world. From 2007 to 2011, Sorman was the GVSU Stuart B. Padnos Chair allowing him to teach and work directly with GVSU students and faculty.
