Historical Context:
"We are an ex-military, blended family. In addition to our sons, pictured here, we have two daughters: one in Germany, near her mother, and one in Virginia, with our granddaughter (pictured here). We have lived in many locations, so we travel a lot, keeping up with the rest of our families and friends around the globe. We are happy to be settled here in Michigan, where we plan to retire one day. We spend a lot of our time working on our old farmhouse up north or our new house, near Grand Rapids, so we spend a lot of time together, as a family." - Mom, Penney, Assistant Professor in the Psychology Department.
