Historical Context:
The Kohler Aviation Corporation was founded by John B. Kohler in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1929. It provided the "Bridge Across Lake Michigan" route from Milwaukee to Muskegon, adding destinations to Lansing and Detroit at a later date.
