The title, "Calavera de Doña Tomasa y Simon el Agradar" means "Skulls of Ms. Tomasa and Simon of Agradar". The image is in black and white without a border. There are two skeletons in the center who appear to be bartering. The one on the left is a woman, with hair and in a skirt. The one on the right is a man with a hat but no shoes, he carries a lot of things on his back and tied to his staff, like he's a traveler. There are many other skeletons, dresses like other classes of people walking by them and around them. There is a barrel between the two center skeletons.
