Efrain Sandoval is a local Latino artist who is actively involved with Los Artes Unidas de Michigan. Artes Unidas is a state-wide community of individuals and organizations working together to advance Latino arts and culture in Michigan. They are actively involved with the Tulipanes Latino Art & Film Festival, which is an annual festival held in Holland, Michigan celebrating Latino culture through music, art and film.
