Patricia Hendricks Constantine is a professor of drawing, education and painting at the Kendall College of Art and Design of Ferris State University, Grand Rapids. She received her B.F.A. from Kendall and her M.F.A. from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio. On her work she states: "My work reflects many of the things that fascinate me... The duality of a beautiful image reflecting some unpleasant subject matter overtly exists in my figurative work... These images haunt me. I research and investigate them in an effort to figure out what they are about. They are my mysteries."
