Historical Context:
Linda Le Kinff was born in Paris, France to French and Brazilian parents. She started her career as a painter at the age of 20 and in the 1970s traveled around the world to incorporate many techniques into her art including tempera, wood engraving, copper engraving, lithography and acrylic and airbrush painting. Her inspiration comes from travel, dreams, reading and imagination. In 1998, after being named "World Cup Artist", she created a painting that was minted into a commemorative coin by the French Government.
