This image is based on a print that was originally designed as part of a Justseeds downloadable graphics window display at Art Metropole, an artist-run center and bookstore in Toronto. During the exhibition in 2017, hundreds of these posters were given out for free or by donation in hopes that they would go up in windows across the city and be held high at demonstrations. This image was created to bring peace to those seeking refuge and victory in the fight against Islamophobia, xenophobia, and hate.
