David J. Kotker II earned a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University where he majored in art. His sculptures have been exhibited in shows and galleries throughout the Midwest, as well as in the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago. His work as a tattooist in Chicago and Amsterdam earned him an international reputation in the field. He had a deep love of art, film, design, literature and theater; and he shared this love with his many friends throughout the world. "A man can die but once; we owe God a death, and let it go which way it will, he that dies this year is quit for the next." (Shakespeare, Henry IV).
