Historical Context:
Revelation is in direct correlation with my emotions following my mother's recent hospitalization. I have realized with this experience that life can change in ways that can never be anticipated. Sometimes reality is exactly what you expected, and sometimes obstacles arise without any warning. People tend to react differently when faced with these kinds of situations. Some people may simply pause, not knowing how to respond, while others will use it as fuel to continue and adapt to new changes. I used this obstacle in my life as a muse for my creativity. Revelation focuses on the color formalism, line, and abstraction within the image, creating a two-dimensional photograph that expresses the feeling of being disoriented or confused.
