Nancy L. Clouse is an art teacher in Michigan and the author/illustrator of Puzzle Maps U.S.A. Clouse, using cut paper, recreated scenes from the book she illustrated, "Sebgugugu the Glutton: A Bantu Tale from Rwanda" used in the Books Alive Exhibit in 1993.
