Historical Context:
"This body of work revolves around the environmental concerns and how we react to those concerns. Humans have a noticeable impact on their environment and a lot of it is negative...Even things like the Green Movement can be twisted so that they are not as beneficial to the environment as they are supposed to be: rain forests are clear cut to grow organic crops, and bio-fuel crops fill gas tanks instead of providing relief to the hungry. People either seem to want to not know how they damage the environment or want some sort of fix that will not affect their everyday lives." -Ryan Harbin
