"Color has the power to evoke emotion and summon memories. Growing up experiencing a Northern Michigan autumn affected how I view and interpret color. I was fortunate to observe various color palettes throughout a year; autumn boasts the greatest of these. My photographs focus on the moment when color becomes the subject of an image, replacing the object.
