In the world around us there is constant surveillance. In stores, on street corners and parking lots there is someone watching us. That someone is us. I took this one step farther, becoming my own surveillance team, following the unaware photographing them and then twisting their once recognizable faces into a pixelated mess.The real work came in the challenges I was face with during this project. I had to embrace two things that I resisted for so long: digital and color. I had to take a medium that is not yet considered true art. I have always been interested in sub-miniature photography and spy cameras. I have caught the next wave of this new spy technology.
