To me, photography is about capturing an emotion, a moment, a scene, a memory. Sometimes I am drawn to capturing scenes of universal beauty: a sunset, a flower, a landscape, a butterfly. Other times I set out to reveal beauty which I see around me in abundance, but where I feel it would be often overlooked; a rusty car, a dilapidated barn, a flower that has yet to bloom, or which is past its prime.
