Amie Bajalieh has a degree in sculpture from Grand Valley State University, and plans to pursue a master's degree in stage management from Rutgers University in New Jersey. Bajalieh was one recipient of the 2009 Grand Award Scholarship awarded at the Grand Rapids Art Festival's Calder Stage, as part of the annual Combined Theatre Scholarship program.
