'The summer brings with it a great feeling of freedom and invincibility. Unfortunately, summer cannot last forever. But what if there was a way to keep summer from ending? Imagine a world where we could access summer even when it's gone. When stuck in the monotonous, gray days of winter we could still feel the warm breeze and the sunshine on our skin. These photographs explore the fantasy of preserving summer so that we can always hold on to it. Summer is contained within these jars, and may be opened and used whenever we need to bring a little summer back into our lives.'" -Amy Rowland
