Komil Bazarov studied accounting at Grand Valley State University and graduated in 2008. He was born in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, and traveled to the United States for college. Of Grand Valley, he says, "I like the professors and the size of the classes. The professors are really eager to help you...back home it was really hard to reach professors, but here they really want to help me, even outside of office hours."
