Han Nationality. Since his childhood, Xing Xin has been intrigued by art. His paintings have won numerous awards and honors and can be found in galleries all over the world. He is currently a member of China's Painters Research Association and is a resident artist at Jang Su's Calligraphy and Painting Institute. His most common subjects are water-side towns and villages of which he says “[painting] it is delicate, whether you are at a distance or are seeing it up close.â€
