Helen O'Leary is a painter living alternately in Pennsylvania and Leitrim, Ireland while she works. She studied for three years at the National College of Art and Design in Dublin, Ireland, and continued her studies at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, whence she received both her Bachelor and Master of Fine Arts degrees. She also completed an artist's residency at the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture in Madison, Maine. She has received many awards and has exhibited in several solo and group shows all across Europe and the States.
