Artist Biography:
John Miller was an English engraver who was born in London around 1715. Miller devoted himself to designating a system of Linnaeus which was the classification of different varieties of plants and animals. Between 1770 and 1789 he illustrated and published two books on this subject, the most popular being "An Illustration of the Sexual System of Linnaeus."
