Description:

Historical Context:
James Clover, born in Iowa in 1938, is an internationally-known sculptor and educator whose art can be found all over the United States. Traditionally a bronze and steel sculpture artist, he creates his sculptures out of shapes that build upon each, reaching towards the sky and covered in white paint. They can be seen in amusement parks, city blocks and are most popular on university campuses.
