Historical Context:
"The images in my collection are intentionally meant to be interpreted; they are ambiguous in nature, with purpose. The goal of my images is to challenge and ignite ideas that are pertinent in our society. It is my hope that the audience will view the ideas in a way to change his or her perception on the ethical and natural problems within each piece. They are meant to question the practices and happenings in a way that forces the viewer to change their introverted perception of what seems normal." -Stephanie McCarthy
